Junior Voice Teacher & Trainee (1 x Casual position available)
Our Junior Voice Teachers & Trainees work closely with our Principal Teachers, Studio Director and fellow Junior Voice Teachers. In this role, you will primarily teach and work with young singers and families under the guidance and training of our senior staff. You may also be called on to assist senior teachers, singers and families with lesson and or studio related tasks or projects. You will get to do a broad range of studio and business tasks, such as lesson bookings, social media, equipment care, answering enquiries and working closely with a team. We are searching for a team player who is ready to have fun working with a happy, creative team, but can also work independently too. You will get to teach and inspire young vocalists with a positive outlook while being trained by our senior staff. Must be available on a Saturday.
Principal Teacher - 2 x Positions available - Casual & Permanent Part-Time (Saturday Availability required)
Our Principal Teachers provide singing, vocal and related creative/performing arts to students of all ages and levels (such as songwriting, performance skills, recording techniques and sight singing). We require an experienced teacher and practitioner of singing, with the following role criteria:
Instrumental capability in guitar and/or piano.
A Degree in Music or related Performing Arts stream is desirable, but not a pre-requisite.
We value practical experience and a strong creative portfolio in singing, songwriting or industry/community experience.
Experience and professional development in teaching singing/vocal pedagogy, HSC curriculum or industry mentorship is desirable.
Comfortable working within online teaching contexts.
Solution focused team player, and ready to work with a fun-loving, passionate group of artists and educators - but, as teaching can often be with a single student, can manage independent decisions and problem-solving as required.
Willingness for training and professional development where skill gaps are present.
Ideally possess confident computer/technology, correspondence and scheduling/client management (CRM) skills.

Must be available for student performance events from time to time (such as recitals and/or workshops).
Pay Details, Requirements & Other Information: Congruent with experience and background with the Education Services Post-Secondary Education Award for Permanent Part-Time and Casual Teaching Staff rates + 10% Superannuation. Must possess a current working with children check or be willing to obtain one.
