Thank you for being a part of our studio! We love requests! Especially song requests! But of course...sometimes these must be of the "admin" kind instead...

Please use the form below for any billing, scheduling or administrative request, and we'll be onto it.

Please note that our terms and conditions require up to 14 days before your next billing date to cancel or make changes to ongoing lesson times and auto-debit payments, although we usually attend to these requests as quickly as we can. This allows us to ensure scheduled payments are given ample time for system changes to occur, and for your teacher schedules to be updated. Enrolment pauses (where billing is suspended) are allowable for periods of 1 month or over.

You will not be billed, nor lessons confirmed, until we confirm with you first. Please note we cannot hold your current time, but will do our best to accomodate where we can.

Thank you for being a part of our studio! We will miss you! Please note that cancellations and/or pause requests are required 14 days before your next payment/billing date. Once processed, you may continue lessons and all member access until the end of your billing cycle. A confirmation will be sent to you and your teacher once this has been processed.
