Please note that 48 hours is required for lesson changes, and our billing terms and conditions require up to 14 days before your next billing date to cancel or make changes to ongoing lesson times and auto-debit payments, although we usually attend to these requests as quickly as we can. This allows us to ensure scheduled payments are given ample time for system changes to occur, and for your teacher schedules to be updated. Enrolment pauses (where billing is suspended) are allowable for periods of 1 month or over.
