Working With Voices is a 4-month bespoke and evidence-based training program tailored for those who work with or teach the contemporary singing voice within their own creative practice - singing teachers, vocal arrangers, music teachers, performance coaches, producers and the like...

Intakes are by application and are limited to 8 places in order to allow nuanced, personalised and practice-specific training - every student is different, but so is every voice professional and teacher.

Course tuition fee:

Full payments: $1250 + GST

Or, in 6 monthly instalments of $250 + GST

+ Optional Textbook pack ($200) includes The Oxford Handbook of Singing (Welch) + 1 or 2 additional textbooks recommended for your studio/creative practice

Course delivery, time commitment and scheduling for February, 2023 intake:

Start date: February 17, 2023 

Lecture sessions run fortnightly

Please allow 3-4hrs for each lecture, plus an additional 2-4hrs of implementation per fortnight.

Fridays, 10:00am - 2:00pm Sydney (AEST) 

The course will be delivered in a hybrid setting - if you can attend our studio in Sydney, great! If not, you may attend livestream via Zoom.

Inclusions

• 8  Fortnightly lectures, delivered in-person (or livestreamed for online participants, via Zoom), for a total of circa 32 hrs of face-face training

• All readings, including a printed and digital copy of required texts

• Access to useful and re-usable templates and checklists for the following:

  • Voice mapping for children, teenagers and adults

  • Lesson planning and pedagogical framework tools

  • Goal setting for your creative practice

  • Marketing, financial checklists and spreadsheets

  • Legal, ethical and compliance checklists

• Module summaries and additional module content
